Payment, Cancellation and Termination

Our charges for monthly plans are posted on our Website and may be changed from time to time. If any part of a month is included in the Term, then payment is due for the full month. Payments are due for any month on the same or closest date to the day you made your first monthly payment (the “Pay Date”).

As long as you’re a Member or have an outstanding balance with us, you’ll provide us with valid credit card information and authorize us to deduct the monthly charges against that credit card. You’ll replace the information for any credit card that expires with information for a valid one. Anyone using a credit card represents and warrants that they are authorized to use that credit card, and that any and all charges may be billed to that credit card and won’t be rejected. If we’re unable to process your credit card order, we’ll try to contact you by email and suspend your account until your payment can be processed.

You may cancel your monthly or annual plan at any time. Note that refunds are not provided for prepaid amounts. Access to Carelytics will still be provided up until the agreed upon payment period (monthly or yearly) – at the end of our payment period, your account will not be charged again.

We may suspend our Service to you at any time, with or without cause. If we terminate your account without cause, we’ll refund a prorated portion of your monthly or yearly prepayment.

Carelytics uses Stripe, Inc. to process credit card payments. By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you also accept Stripe Terms and Conditions (Link to https://stripe.com/us/legal/).

Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Outside of Canada, these terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your countries residence.

Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
