Your clinic’s results are shown through interactive graphs, you'll always know how the team feels about everything that's happening at the clinic.

Happiness Climate program is fully configurable: frequency, question asked, and even dependency on scheduled shifts.
The program can even be fully disabled, but we do not recommend doing so - tracking engagmenet of your employees is one of the critical items in building a successful business.
