We've all been there: there are always some issues at work, but most of the time people don't feel comfortable speaking out loud about it.

Therefore, we've given employees a completely anonymous way of providing feedback to their management.

Anonymity is one of our key principles and we take it very seriously.

Employees can submit the anonymous feedback eaither from our web-based platform, or simply through our mobile application.

After feedback message has been submitted, only administrators are able to access the information.

Based on our team's research, when management listens to feedback and makes changes based on it, employees feel more valued, which in turn improves their emotional state and productivity.
